Hey! I’m Krysti.
Serving in fitness and recreation for over 18 years, I offer 1:1 and group fitness to help women like you love their bodies, gain confidence, and attain their best health. I have served hundreds of people through virtual and in-person training, postpartum recovery, and group fitness.
I specialize in women’s health after becoming a mother, myself. After 4 pregnancies and 3 Cesarean births, I became a Pelvic Fitness Specialist and a C-Section Recovery Specialist.
I am experienced in serving women through:
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Cesarean, Hysterectomy, and other Surgical Rehabilitation
Menopause and Midlife Strength Training
Core and Pelvic Floor Fitness
Services available in Burford, Brantford, Ayr and surrounding towns. Coaching is available virtually.
