Start your day with energy! A slower paced strength training class that includes core and pelvic floor work. Options for low and high intensity- you choose your challenge! Particiapnts age average 30-65
When: Mon, Wed and Fri 6:00-6:45am
Where: Ag Hall, 4 Park Ave, Burford.
All classes are for women only.

Focused evening classes to build strength and improve core and pelvic health. Slower paced and perfect for women over 50. Participants age average 50-75.

Not a problem. My classes are slower paced and I give options for intensity. Even if you're VERY beginner. I can help you feel confident.
